Ukraine’s Zelenskiy tells EU: ‘Prove that you are with us
On Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy asked the European Union to demonstrate their support for Ukraine in its conflict with Russia. Members of the European Parliament showed their solidarity by wearing #standwithUkraine T-shirts, blue-and-yellow scarves, and ribbons. In his address to the European Parliament, Zelenskiy said in Ukrainian, "We are fighting to be equal members of Europe." The interpreter, who was moved to tears, translated his words into English.0
