In race for Georgia’s election chief, it’s all about Trump and 2020
At the debate on Monday, Jody Hice, the Republican congressman backed by Donald Trump, quickly highlighted the main focus of his campaign: that the 2020 election in Georgia was a "disaster" under the leadership of Brad Raffensperger. Raffensperger had been a frequent target of Trump's after he refused to comply with the former president's demands to "find" enough votes to overturn the results of the election.
