The leader’s brain: Neuroscience in the workplace
Even when things are going well, our brains don't always work at their peak performance. During a pandemic, this can be even more difficult. Michael Platt, professor of marketing, neuroscience and psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and director of the Wharton Neuroscience Initiative, has written a book, "The Leader's Brain," to help us better understand how our brains work and how to use this knowledge to better navigate challenges and be more successful.
