Sport Picture of the Month: December
Ski jumping is one of my favorite sports to photograph. It can be challenging to capture unique images since each jump looks similar. During the first stage of the Four Hills tournament in Oberstdorf, I had to adjust my plans when fog moved in. Instead of taking pictures of jumpers in the blue sky with a mountain panorama, I looked for something different. I noticed a colleague stretching out for a better angle with his camera and decided to use him as an additional element in my picture.
