Russia charges 19-year-old over school shooting
On Wednesday, Ilnaz Galyaviev, 19, was charged with multiple counts of murder in connection to a school shooting in Kazan, Russia that left nine people dead. During his court appearance, Galyaviev was dressed in black and appeared calm and confident. He stated that he had no serious illnesses, but did not enter a plea. Investigators revealed that Galyaviev had been diagnosed with a brain disease last year.0
