Exclusive-North, South Korea in talks over summit, reopening liaison office – sources
South Korea and North Korea are currently negotiating to reopen a liaison office that was destroyed by Pyongyang last year and to hold a summit in order to restore their relations. President Moon Jae-in and Kim Jong Un have been exchanging letters since April in an attempt to improve their strained relationship, according to three South Korean government sources who spoke on the condition of anonymity due to the diplomatic sensitivity of the matter.
