Amazon to take team-wise approach on remote work policy
Amazon.com Inc CEO Andy Jassy announced in a message to employees on Monday that individual teams will be allowed to determine how many days corporate employees should be present in the office each week. Previously, the policy had mandated that employees return to the office from January 3rd for a minimum of three days a week. Jassy also stated in his post on Amazon's blog that corporate employees will be allowed to work remotely from any location within their country of employment for up to four weeks a year.0
